Privacy Policy

Ziggy's Galaxy (“Ziggy,” “we,” “us”) is a learning game for young children. We take children's privacy seriously and designed the product to collect no personal information.

Who this covers

This policy applies to the Ziggy's Galaxy mobile applications (iOS and Android), the progressive web app at https://play.ziggygame.xyz, and this website at https://ziggygame.xyz.

Children's privacy (COPPA)

The app is directed to children under 13 (primarily ages 2–5). We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children. Because we do not collect personal information, we do not seek verifiable parental consent for data collection under COPPA — there is nothing to consent to.

What we do not collect

• No names, emails, photos, or contact details from children
• No accounts or sign-in
• No advertising identifiers (IDFA / GAID) used for tracking
• No analytics, crash, or advertising SDKs in the kids experience
• No location data
• No sale or sharing of personal data with third parties

On-device information only

The game may store small bits of progress locally on the device (for example: muted sound preference, Ziggy's look, stars and stickers, and taught examples in Teach Ziggy). This data stays on the device using the browser or OS local storage. It is not transmitted to our servers — we do not operate a backend for the game.

Clearing the app's storage, uninstalling, or resetting the device will remove this local data.

Website

Our marketing website is static informational content. We do not run advertising or behavioral tracking pixels on the site as part of this product design. Your browser may still send standard technical requests (IP address, user agent) to our hosting provider (e.g. Vercel) to deliver the pages — as with any website. We do not use that for profiling children.

External links & parental gates

Inside the kids app, links that leave the experience (privacy, terms, website) are protected by a parental gate. Research links on this marketing website are intended for parents and open third-party sites with their own policies.
